With the water temps dipping down into the high 50’s, the Trout and Redfish bite has really picked up. Lots of really good size fish being caught on artificial lures and tons more on bait. As the temps keep dropping the fishing is only gonna get better!
Let's plan your inshore trip soon here in Charleston. Have a great week ahead. Capt. Jamie Hough

The fall bite is in full swing! The nighttime air temps are dropping and right behind them are the water temps. As soon as the water temps got below 70 degrees, the speckled trout and redfish started doing their thing. They’re schooled up in large numbers right now and will continue to be until March or so when it starts warming up. The best fishing of the year is right now!
